RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We eWaySpares understand that “stuff happens”, and we aim for customer satisfaction and it is important for us that the users are pleased with their purchase so we have put together the best return policy in the market. The highlights are:

Product Condition
The Products successfully delivered to the User by us may be returned to us in accordance with the terms and conditions.
  • Wrong product was sent by us.
  • The product is defective
  • The product was damaged in shipping.
  • The product is tampered.
All products (other than special orders & electrical items) are returnable for any reason – within 15 days of the original invoice date.
Restricted Return
However no Products will be accepted by us if,
  • The Products have been damaged by the User.
  • If there is a change in the quality, quantity or other characteristics of the Product.
  • We cannot take back used parts
  • We cannot take back installed or tried parts
  • Electrical parts are not returnable
  • If the part number label is damaged or missing, returns will not be accepted

We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used, or do not meet the above criteria

Return & Refund Process
  • Return requests need to be within 15 days of receipt.
  • A return can be initiated directly from our website or by emailing [email protected] or call us at +91 8149077736 – your choice.
  • A credit will be issued within 5-10 days from the date you send the part back (using our provided return shipping label)
  • A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
  • Parts must be resalable and in the original packaging.
  • Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 5 to 10 days depends on the issuing bank.
